Story / Synopsis
A beast girl wakes after a 300-year sleep to find that the pets she cared for are gone. Carrying a giant sword and a cracked bowl, she leaves the mountain to look for them. The reunion is not what she expects: her former little beasts have become a beast king, a phoenix ancestor and a dragon lord. They terrify everyone else, yet the old baby photos she kept still bring out their obedient side. As she gathers them again, she also has to learn why her master sent them away in the first place.

How It Started
Seen a sword-carrying girl command a beast king, a phoenix ancestor or a dragon lord? They are not three unrelated fantasy heroes: they are the pets she raised before a 300-year sleep. NetShort's series page brings that unusual family back together across 40 episodes, and the title appears in both its featured carousel and Trending Now. The cracked bowl and old baby photos are useful clues when a clip leaves out the title. Once you find the series, the question is what happened while she was asleep—and why her master sent the animals away.
What Makes It Compelling
The heroes of the fantasy world still have baby photos. The premise reverses the usual reunion with a powerful beast: the returning heroine does not need to defeat these rulers, because she remembers feeding and caring for them when they were small. Her sword and broken bowl make her look like a wanderer while the animals she raised now hold rank and territory. The photographs add a comic way to change their behavior, but the unanswered question about their master's decision gives the search a second purpose. Each reunion can be funny on its own while gradually revealing why the family was scattered.
