What Is It About?
At a graduation party, Chloe gives Jackson an engraved smartwatch while Liam receives only a cheap blank card. After years of being overlooked, the contrast makes Liam reconsider the place he has accepted in their lives. He has also secretly won a place at Westwood University, three thousand miles away. Rather than argue for affection that never came freely, Liam prepares to leave with one scheduled text. The story begins with a small public slight and follows his decision to choose a future of his own.
