Short Answer
Tangled In Desire is a completed English-language vertical short drama available on ReelShort. Daniel Carter is expected to marry Isabella to protect his family’s business future, but he is secretly drawn to Mia, a bartender who represents the life he cannot openly choose. Daniel’s best friend Alex also has feelings for Mia, while Isabella uses increasingly desperate tactics to hold on to the engagement. ReelShort identifies the production as live action rather than AI-generated.
Synopsis
Daniel Carter appears destined for a privileged future, including a carefully arranged marriage to Isabella that will strengthen his family’s empire. His plans begin to unravel when he falls for Mia, a spirited bartender whose honesty challenges the rules of his elite world. Their hidden relationship becomes more dangerous when Daniel’s best friend Alex reveals feelings of his own, turning the romance into a tense four-way conflict. As jealousy grows, Isabella answers Daniel’s distance with manipulation, a false pregnancy claim, and an offer designed to push Mia away.
What Makes It Distinctive?
The series combines two familiar vertical-drama engines: a wealthy heir trapped by family expectations and a love triangle that keeps adding pressure from different directions. Daniel must choose between a socially useful engagement and a relationship that could disrupt his family’s plans. Mia is not competing only with Isabella; Alex’s feelings make her the center of a friendship conflict as well.
The fake-pregnancy plot adds a second layer to the romantic rivalry because it turns private jealousy into a public claim with consequences for the engagement, family reputation, and business interests.

Why Is Tangled In Desire Trending?
The available evidence points to a renewed discovery and “where to watch” cycle rather than a newly confirmed premiere:
- On October 11, ReelShort’s title page displayed about 947,900 views and 12,900 likes. Older indexed category pages showed lower counts, consistent with continued discovery on the platform.
- New Reddit posts appeared on October 10–11 asking for the series name and a working link, showing active viewing intent rather than only passive discussion.
- Fresh full-drama uploads appeared on Dailymotion at the same time, indicating that the title is spreading beyond its primary ReelShort page.
- Search results mix the ReelShort title page with third-party copies, making a direct title link useful.
The original premiere date is not listed on ReelShort’s title page. The recent uploads document renewed discovery, not the original release date.
